CONVEYOR BELTS

TYPES & APPLICATIONS 1

CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELTS

Conveyor belts with smooth carrying surface are only suitable for transportation of materials at an angle of maximum 22 degrees.

Above this level SAVA chevron belts are the right solution to your requirements as they allow for much greater angle of inclination.

We can supply chevron belts with profiles of various heights and shapes, depending on type of material conveyed and angle of belt's inclination.

RIP-CHECK CONVEYOR BELTS

It is not easy to transport bulk material. Frequently it is about sharp-edged material, large, undefined shapes, unfavourable feeding conditions, material pile-up, all potentially causing harmful impacts and longitudinal cuts to the belt.

Our engineers have been aware of these problems and have found a suitable solution - the RIP-CHECK belt, incorporating an impact-resistant breaker and supporting armature.

Through many years of experience in manufacture of car tyres and conveyor belts, the optimum bond between impact-resistant breaker and rubber coating has been achieved, thereby significantly extending the product’s service lifetime.

W AND WH CONVEYOR BELTS

Transportation of bulk material is not always simple - sharp-edged abrasive materials, big and shapeless pieces, unfavourable loading conditions, material pile-up as well as usage of cleaning devices and scrapers can substantially increase wear and tear of the belt cover.

We at Sava have developed special types of rubber to reduce this wear and tear to a minimum and to improve cleaning of belts with scrapers.
